Just to clarify, when you say can observe "an almost constant win % for Biden in the last 4-5 days", do you mean the values in his '% of vote total' column is constant despite changes in the vote numbers in the final days? Perhaps a specific example of a county and time periods would be helpful and I'll take a look! Also, just to clarify, I didn't make any changes to this PA table from what I got from The Data Integrity Group, just used it to make the graphs I show.
